I need to no how to make this new bike that my friend just got go faster the gov. make it not able to top out so its relly slow, cant take hills very good ither. This bike is a 2004, and dosnt have a cluch its made for small kids. He bought it used but the people that had it befor him got the bike out of nothern tool mag. if any one can help I would highly apprecheate it.
