I was talkin to a friend and i was thinking there must be somthing bad about not using the clutch but i dont know what?

If it is just a trail bike then I wouldn't recommend it. If it is a motocross bike not a problem. The transmissions in MX bikes have better synchronizers and are meant to be shifted without a clutch. I was taught in motocross school not to use the clutch except off the start and up steep hills where you don't want to drop any rpm's. I've been racing MX, flat track and cross country since the 70's and never had a single transmission problem.
