I am in search of a dirt bike, firt time, i am 138 pounds and 5'10. I ride fast 4-wheelers with my uncle and want to get a dirt bike to ride around the farm, want to hall ***, and at tracks get some are air. but before i buy one i would like to know about them like….
what is the difference in 2 stroke and 4 stroke?
what brand?
what does insurance run at?
It there a place or web site to teach me the bike parts?
and anything else helpfull
Here is the quick rundown fellow rider. 2 strocks have exsplosive power and don't hook power to the grown as well as 4 strokes, a lot of wheel spin. If you want to go balls out most of the time I suggest a 2 stroke. Get a 4 stroke if you want to do some putting in woods or trails. Both types can be light bikes for getting air. Now maintance and rebuilding…2 strokes are cheeper in both area, 4 strokes can be bank breakers when it comes time to rebuild the motor. Buy a used bike, they're are plenty of great ones out there. Don't waste your money on insurance, it's a dirt bike!
