1991 Honda XR200R
We got the bike running and it will start and rev only a little. When we try to apply full throttle, it just dies out. the gas is fine, its new gas, but it wont rev higher than about 1/4 throttle.
Remove the carb, dismantle it and clean it thouroughly. The high speed circuit is plugged with crap.
