Typically, that means water is leaking into the oil compartment from somewhere. could be head gasket, water pump seal, left it out in the rain with the oil plug off…
although, I have been fooled before with tiny little air bubbles churned into the oil after a very hard ride and I thought it was water… this is typically more of a brownish color like chocolate milk and after sitting a while, it turns back to the almost clear carmel color.
