Like its really easy to move the kickstart it feels really loose and i cant get compression to start it is there any way i can fix it or will i have to bring it to a repair shop?

If it ran previously, then it probably isn't the rings, unless it seized up on you. I would bet it is the reed valves. They are little flaps that control the vacuum in the intake. This happened to my dirtbike because they air filter started falling apart and little pieces of the foam went through the carburettor and got caught in the reed valves, forcing them to stay open. This meant that it was losing compression and it wasn't sucking any fuel in. Hope this helps!
