Ive got about 2000 to spend and im looking at the 250cc range im just wondering what your opinions are oh and also it needs to be able to be registered
If you want a 250cc bike that can be registered street legal, then you'll have to get a WR250F or an XR250L or XR250R. These three bikes can be made street legal with a kit, which can be ordered from dennis kirk, and good shape models can be had for around $2000.
