I have about 3 missing teeth on the front sprocket on my dirt bike. What problems can this cause? Also, would i have to replace the whole drivetrain or just the front sprocket to fix this?
It can cause the chain to slip or break, it could smack your case ( that can be expensive if the case cracks). It could cuase you to come to a fast sudden stop ( that hurts). At least put on a new front sproket Around $20. Make sure you keep you chian adjusted correctly
