Look to see if they offer this class anywhere near your location. Maybe you could get your parents to pay for it and come out and watch you take the course under responsible instruction, and then MAYBE they would let you get a dirt bike.
Even if they don't, you would still have a fun weekend learning to ride a dirt bike!
P.S. You probably won't "convince" them on your own no matter how hard you try. The only way to really change their mind is for them to talk to other responsible parents who let their kids ride dirt bikes, and to let them see in person kids who ride (fairly) responsibly. The MSF course would be a good place to do that.
P.S.S. It is dangerous, and you just might break some bones someday doing it. But dirt riding is pretty safe in terms of motorcycle riding in general, because there are no cars on the track to hit you, and landing on dirt is easier on the body than landing on pavement.
