I'm 5"9 and 145 and i'll be trail riding in the woods and mud.
I ride a Yamaha TTR250 4 stroke , Im the same height as you and find this bike takes me through anything , very easy to ride and a good height for me as well, shop around , I bought a 2nd hand bike that has been well looked after, have dropped it many a time and replaced a few indicators and levers but thats off roading for you ,most of all enjoy !!!
