If you are a dare devil, get a bike. If not, then get a atv. i find myself being alot more dangerous on my bike then my quad

I also do not understand why you would buy something not because you want enjoyment from it but to make others think you are good.
Am certainly not impressed.
Go get an ATV as I am sure that would impress everyone!

I would try emailing the guy at Dr ATV. He is very knowledgeable with old bikes and will be your best bet. He replies back normaly within the same day. I restore the old Honda ct70 style bikes and he has been very helpfull to me. He carries parts for alot of differant types of bikes.
Alot of the honda parts are interchangeable with these bikes because most of them are honda clones. Good luck!

Some aftermarket companies offer "lighting coils" for specific bikes.
A lighting coil is attached at the flywheel and produces electricity the same way as the magneto.
There are units for quads that use a small amount of power from the CDI and amplify it to operate a headlight.
Those companies would surely have kits for bikes.
But each kit is model specific.
