Ebay or Craigslist

On Ebay you at least have a binding contract so that they can't just rip you off as badly if you buy a lemon. They also have the bstr prices since it is bidding.

Craigslist is another but keep in mind they are usually asking much more than it is normally worth and they can also "forget to mention" things with out having any consequences.

Just stick with ebay

I am 15 and looking for a 250cc dirt bike perferably a Suzuki or a Kawasaki.. maybee a Honda? doesn't matter if its 2 stroke or 4 stroke!

That really isn't the best way to find a dirt bike for sale that you are looking for. The likelyhood that somone would respond with one within your price range and within driving distance and the type you are looking is slim to none.

Your best bet would just be to go on ebay or craigslist. If there aren't any up, you could try looking under ebays completed listings at bikes that didn't sell and ask to see if they still have it and it's still for sale.

And one last thing, 2 stroke vs 4 stroke really does make a difference. the 2 stroke 250 would be more along the lines of a 4 stroke 450 powerwise. I'd reccomend a yz250f.

I want to get a dirt bike.

Ooh you probably shouldnt buy a bike without looking at it and knowing that it runs smoothly first

I saw a dirtbike called the factory TXM on ebay and was wondering if anyone knew if these were good bikes that will last or a waste of money?

Where is it ill take it.
sell it on craigslist for parts or even ebay.
I Recently got a 50cc dirt bike off ebay and it is a pull start it takes about 50 real hard pulls to start is there any possible way of making it start easier or can i put on an electric start if so how much would it cost?
Dirt bikes

Well I don't know of any kits out there for your kind of application, this is most likely going to be a do it your self complete fabrication, that being the case the sky is the limit to how much it could cost. I would try using a lawnmower electrical system if it will even work or maybe you could try to convert it to a kick starter. but if it was me I would sell it and by a Honda 50 I have one and I'm 6ft tall and I'm still able to ride it with no problems.
I have a 15 years old son and he want to ride. So i was looking at some dirt bikes but they are expensive. I was just wondering where i can find a cheap maybe used dirt bike.

Cycle Trader.com
Ebay
Local want ads
Craig's list.

Plan to spend about 1500.00 +/- to get something that will last hold value and be reliable. You will need to buy a Major brand like Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki. Dint by imported stuff from China. If he is going to trail ride then look at the Honda CRF150F not (R) or the Yamaha TTR 125.
If he plans to try and track ride you will be looking at the 85cc 150R or 250F lines ( depending on his size and skill level)
Always by the newest year that you can afford. You may want to look for something for yourself to. Its great family fun, and a very positive.

The other one snapped and i need to get it fixed asap

Ebay!!! I swear by it. I have found every single part for my motorcycles I have looked for that I couldnt find calling around for. Now i just cut the middle men and go straight for ebay. Prices are great too. Go though the paypal program and thats just like insurance and if the product for some reason doesn't meet your standards you can usually send it back!!!!
Does anyone know where to find one and what kind i can use….
